This unique property is situated on an elevated plot in El Portet and provides amazing sea and headland views of Portet, Moraira and Peñon de Ifach. The two terraces run the full length of the property and there are beams to the ceiling throughout.
There is a parking bay accessed from the road, just outside the double arched stone wall to the front of the property. Electric gates lead on the drive and down to the carport and kitchen entrance. Access from the carport to the lower level is via 14 stone steps with a handrail. There is a separate pedestrian electric gate with steps down to the entrance porch that has beams to the ceiling. The security door leads into the entrance hall that has a window and access to both the left and right side of the villa.

Through the right arch is a tiled cloakroom with w.c., and pedestal basin. A door leads into the master suite with two en-suite shower rooms. From the terrace and down the curved terracotta steps is the lower level and the pool. There are five stone built arches with awnings that keep the accommodation in the shade. There is a separate access with French doors into the first double bedroom on this level. From the pool terrace and to the side of the property is the built in bbq area with stone seating and space for additional seating.
