This finca style villa in Lliber was built in 2003 and enjoys magnificent views over the Jalon Valley. It is situated on a large fenced private plot and is accessed through electric gates and along the driveway where there is sufficient space to park several vehicles. The driveway continues around either to the integral garage or up to the front of the property. The property has been carefully designed with the use of oak beams, ceiling tiles and in keeping with the style, wooden double glazing. The garage can house two large vehicles and the remaining space has been prepared with electricity and plumbing ready to convert into a separate apartment.
The entrance porch has an impressive bespoke Baroque door which opens into the entrance hall which has a mosaic patterned tiled floor and stone pillars. To the left is the cloakroom which has a w.c., a basin inlaid in a tiled shelf and with a mirror above and fitted lights. Alongside this is the first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom which is currently being used as a study. It has partially glazed fitted wardrobes and has two windows allowing in plenty of light. The entrance hall opens into the spacious dining area and lounge with its stunning tiled and beamed ceiling. From the lounge three French doors open onto the terrace. The lounge also has a wood burning stove and fireplace and French doors to the covered naya. The naya has four arches, a wooden balustrade surround and a bamboo roof with beams. There are also French doors from the dining area onto the same naya. To the right is the second double bedroom which has fitted wardrobes, a ceiling fan and French doors to the pool area. It also benefits from having access to the Jack and Jill bathroom which is shared with the third double bedroom. The third double bedroom is similar to the second and also benefits from having fitted wardrobes, a ceiling fan and French doors to the pool area.
Through an archway is the inner hallway and the fully fitted kitchen which has white units with granite worktops, a sink and an integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and an electric hob which has an extractor hood with oak surround. There is even a built in wine store. Along the hallway is the utility room which has fitted units and a basin with plenty of space for a fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer. At the end of the hallway is the large master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, an a/c unit, a ceiling fan and French doors leading to the terrace and pool area. Further fitted wardrobes are provided in the dressing room. The en-suite has a w.c., bidet, walk-in shower and a bespoke fitted unit with two basins and fitted cupboards.
The villa is surrounded by easily maintained gardens planted with a variety of Mediterranean plants and trees. The 12 x 7m swimming pool has a water feature and the plumbing has been installed for heating. It is reached from the driveway through an archway which opens onto a large terrace area and the covered summer kitchen complete with ceiling fan, sink, fridge space and gas connections. There is also a poolside shower and cloakroom.
