Entrance to the property is either directly into the garage and then up some steps through the garden or via the pedestrian gate which opens into the front terrace area.

Outside the property are balustraded steps leading up to the roof solarium from where you can enjoy the sea view. There is opportunity to develop this terrace further. At the rear of the property is a further terrace (above the garage) which again has views of the sea.
