The Olivos urbanisation is on the Cumbre del Sol in Benitachell and this lovely villa is situated on a corner plot within a few minutes´walk to the communal pool. The villa is immaculate having been lovingly maintained to a very high standard.
Entrance to the property is either directly into the garage and then up some steps through the garden or via the pedestrian gate which opens into the front terrace area.
Entering into the rear of the property an arched glazed door with reja opens into the entrance hall and a security door then leads into the inner hallway which has a store cupboard. Outside the property are balustraded steps leading up to the roof solarium from where you can enjoy the sea view. There is opportunity to develop this terrace further. At the rear of the property is a further terrace (above the garage) which again has views of the sea.
