Iron gates from the road lead up the driveway through the easily maintained garden to the garage. Access to the front of the property is from the side of the garage up external steps to a covered glazed naya. Alternatively, stone steps lead up through terraced garden and stone walls to a wooden gate and around to the rear of the property. The very private rear garden is divided into separate seating areas and terraces with a covered outside kitchen on the right with a wooden beam ceiling. There is a tiled shelf, sink and space for a fridge freezer. There is a stone built seating area to the side of the covered fish pond. The garden meanders through terraces up to a separate pedestrian entrance. On another terrace is the private pool area with an above ground circular pool.

From the garden is access to a fully fitted kitchen, which has a sink with mixer taps, and integrated electric oven and gas hob, extractor fan and a shelf for a microwave and space for a fridge freezer. There is a serving arch with a wooden counter to the lounge. French doors lead through to the glazed naya which has lovely arched windows and steps down to the garden.
