Situated on a peaceful urbanisation in Fanadix, Moraira. This villa is just a few short minutes ‘drive from the beautiful LÁmpollo beach and has been beautifully decorated and maintained to an extremely high standard.

The property is at the end of the quiet urbanization road which terminates at the property, entry is via an electric up and over garage door that opens on to a car port or via the iron reja pedestrian gate which opens on to a paved pathway that leads by the car port to the front of the property. The beamed naya has an electric persiana that lifts open to provide access to the semi glazed front door. At the end of the inner hallway a back door leads out to the rear of the property and a pathway running around the villa to the rear where a door provides access to the third double bedroom with built in wardrobes, ceiling fan and hot and cold air-conditioning. The third double also benefits from a fully tiled en-suite shower room with wash hand basin, W.C., corner shower cubicle, towel radiator and corner shower cubicle.

Outside the property there is a summer kitchen with BBQ, one and a half ceramic sink with drainer, marble work tops, power points and handy outside lights. This area would make an ideal spot of al fresco dining. Around the property is a beautifully manicured low maintenance garden with an automatic irrigation system.
