Inside the porch a Castilian style front door opens in to the open plan lounge/kitchen which has white ceramic tile flooring and high beamed ceilings.  The kitchen has been fully modernized with base and wall units with an integrated fridge and freezer, electric oven, four ring ceramic hob, extractor fan and slim line dishwasher, the window in the kitchen has wonderful views of the valley and Cumbre del Sol in the distance. A marble breakfast bar separates the kitchen and lounge which has a corner log burning fire with brick surround and a wall mounted electric radiator. The lounge is spacious enough for a dining table and French doors with electric persianas opens on to the covered naya. The naya is the perfect place for al fresco dining or just to sit and enjoy the views over the communal gardens and swimming pool.

An archway from the lounge leads to the inner hallway and two double bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, wall mounted electric wall heaters and wooden window shutters.  Separating the bedrooms is the fully tiled bathroom fitted with a bath and shower screen, w.c., bidet and pedestal basin. 

This is a pretty little property that with some modest investment can provide a really cosy lock up and leave holiday home, it could also deliver excellent financial returns from short stay holiday rentals throughout the year.
