Through a hallway door leads into the open plan lounge and dining room, with floor to ceiling double doors opening onto the large terrace with open valley views beyond. To the left is the kitchen with fridge freezer, electric hob and extractor fan, combination oven and plate heater. There is a water filtration system for all the water entering the property to reduce the hardness of the water and extend the life of electrical goods as well as pipelines and this is then filtered further to improve the taste for drinking water with a separate tap. The kitchen has plenty of storage space in its cream veneer wall and base units topped with a polished stone worktop. To the right of the kitchen is the doorway to the beautiful spiral staircase in the tower down to the master bedroom. The large master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe on the right and large en-suite shower room on the left. The shower room has a large walk in shower, a basin made out of red quartz, built in storage, urinal and w.c. For those extra cosy evenings, the original fireplace can be lit to create that lovely ambiance in the cooler winter months.

From the tower staircase there is also a doorway into the gardens, poolside and sauna. The property has lots of wonderful spaces to sit to either enjoy the sun or the shade depending on what is wanted. The hot coal Finnish sauna can be reached via a pathway at the side of the garden, with a hot and cold food bath outside and a cold shower area, alternatively in the cooler months jumping in the cold pool after the hot sauna is also an excellent experience! The poolside bar offers the perfect place to sit and enjoy a drink, fitted with a fridge and storage, as well as connectivity for a TV. Behind the bar is the laundry area with the washing machine and drier, as well as the oil tank for the central heating and the water filtering system. Up the steps at the side of the bar leads you to the upper terrace adjacent to the lounge. The terrace has a 7-metre electric awning to offer plenty of shade on those sunny days. To the left of the terrace is the summer kitchen with electric hob, wine cooler and fridge freezer. To the right of the summer kitchen through an archway at the front of the property is an elevated terrace with the BBQ and seating area nestled in the low maintenance mature garden.

The driveway is entered via a large metal electric gate and has space for 2 to 3 cars. To the right of the driveway is a small official Chapel, originally built for the daughter of the previous owners who was a nun. This space has been kept as a chapel. Round the side of the chapel is a large storage space originally used as sleeping quarters of the nun. In front of the driveway with two large glass sliding doors is the converted garage. This space is currently being used as an art studio and has a very modern kitchenette with sink with wall and base units and worktop. On the left is a large glass shower cubicle, w.c. and basin with vanity unit. This space would make an excellent guest apartment or office from home.

This is a wonderful property to use as a permanent or holiday home. As there are separate entrances to each area it is possible to have a rental income through renting out either the spare room or the converted garage. The location is excellent as it is a short drive away from Moraira, Benissa and Calpe.  Additionally, there are beautiful walks in the nature reserve area nearby offering fantastic views of the valley and the sea beyond, perfect for those after dinner walks.
