The terrace, pool and large gardens are accessed via the double glass doors in the lounge. On the left of the terrace is a large dining area and to the right is a seating area with the side of the terrace enclosed in glass. There are two ceiling fans in the terrace to provide a gentle breeze in the summer sun.

The terrace and the pool are just in front of the terrace with pathways leading off in different directions around the gardens offering different views of the countryside or play a game of football in on the grass field.
