From the driveway and up three steps onto a covered balustraded terrace is the entrance to the fourth apartment. It opens into the lounge/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen needs further refurbishment and currently has a sink unit and space for a washing machine and fridge/freezer. Through the sliding door is the double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en-suite. The fully tiled en-suite has a marble fitted unit with a basin and mirror above with fitted lights, a walk-in shower with marble fitted shelves and w.c. There is another sliding door from the lounge into a utility room which has fitted shelves.
