The fourth apartment opens into an entrance hall which has a partially glazed door into the lounge. There are internal stairs to apartment one. This apartment benefits from having an additional lounge area that could be used as a dining room. From the entrance to the right is an inner hallway with a separate fully fitted kitchen, again with an integrated electric oven, gas hob and fridge/freezer. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower above, w.c., and a vanity unit with a basin and a mirror above with fitted lights. From this level steps lead around to another terrace and small garden area and up to the second entrance with additional parking for two cars.

The front of the property is ideal to enjoy some al-fresco dining having a spacious terrace around the pool, which has a fountain, and also a bar with a tiled counter top and sink and bbq.
