Vehicle gates open to the covered car port or the property can also be accessed by a pedestrian gate straight into the front garden planted with a mature olive tree. Steps lead down to the main door opening into the beamed entrance hall. To the right is the bedroom/study and directly ahead up two steps is the dining area. Through an archway on the right is the kitchen which has a range of fitted wall and base units, a stand-alone cooker, extractor hood, washing machine, fridge/freezer and additional storage cupboards. There is access from the kitchen to the external terrace and pool area. There is access from the garden to an underbuild storage area, currently being used as a workshop.

As the villa is south facing it is bathed in sunlight and has beautiful sea views from the poolside naya. There is a summer kitchen with a BBQ and a stone and tiled built-in seating area with a sail shade for cover. This makes a delightful area to enjoy al-fresco dining.
